Another woman feeling slutting it up. This time in her 40s, celebrating doing so to the whole world and trying to feel good about it.
The article states half of marriages have sex 10 or less times per yer. Yikes. Those mgtow guys look smarter each day.

having too much sex is taboo, so is having none.
Really? Too much sex is a taboo? Tell us, dear,
how much sex does a proper couple have?

Some do it by choice so they don’t have to testify against each other.

You get married because you love someone, and think they make the world a better place. You share your soul with them, and you work to be better and more purposeful people together.
Sex is an appetite, like eating. What makes it different from eating is love - which, if you are blessed, also results at some point in a child. Otherwise it’s just another itch to be scratched. Just like letting your appetite for food control you leads to health consequences and obesity, letting your sexual appetite control you similarly hurts and diminishes you. Hearing or reading the thoughts of women like this one makes me sad, and it makes them seem very small and shallow. Would want no part of any women even remotely like this.

BREAKING NEWS; She got laid last night.

Maybe it’s her. Maybe she emasculated her husband.

a loving, stable relationship with a man I adored and saw as my soulmate. The use of the word, "soulmate" is a red flag. It indicates an adolescent view of relationships
.
the envy of others [snip]outgoing and attractive [snip] We looked good together. Others admired us and gave us the nod. We were bohemian, clever and talented, both writers, both extroverts. Good company to be around.
Yep. Hasn't a clue.
Also note no mention of being a family, of creating children. Marriage as a fashion accessory.

I have several women friends who are single and they seem to enjoy sex without marriage. Too many of them are attracted to entertaining but unstable men. They want to avoid being a Nurse With A Purse

" ... the frustrated energy has to go somewhere. It usually ends up going outside the relationship, and it did." It wasn't the 'frustrated energy' that 'ended up' going 'outside the relationship (marriage)'
I'm not lecturing here about adultery ... but my God, woman ... own it at least. Don't blame the frustrated-energy-fairy.

If a man has lost interest in sex he either has a health problem or has another outlet. Women on the other hand are notorious for shutting down after marriage, there are suddenly strings attached, do this, buy me that. Then, there’s the punitive withholding of sex when they’re mad about something. Try as they might, feminists just can’t quite get past the fact that men and women are wired differently when it comes to sex, unless of course they’re somehow able to spin it as female superiority, in which case they go totally over the top.

But slowly, over the course of six years, our physical relationship dwindled to nothing. I buried it because I had no idea how to talk about it, let alone fix it. Those years were pre-internet and pre-social media; I couldnt simply tap my problem into Google and find answers.
Maybe she should have talked about the problem with her husband instead of writing about trysts with other men.
