When you leave your kids to go on vacation to another continent, and they are under 14, that is abuse by definition.
Many kids, girls any way, has gotten married at the age of eleven in the past and not so long in the past at the age of thirteen.
Boys went to war at fourteen so a 12 year old should be grown up enough to baby sit and no doubt have for thousands of years.
Those laws get enforced usually when someone reports something not because the state is being peeping Tom. Even Cal doesn’t charge enough taxes for that................
Yeah, how about the sign which says report a crime and your name will not be involved.

Examples of individual rights include the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as stated in the United States Declaration of Independence.
I assume every one pursues happiness in one way or another, some people are happy if they can act like little Hitlers and dictate to others how to raise their kids.
Others are not allowed to pursue the right to happiness because of these little Hitlers who would have no power except for the laws they can make with the help of the communists and Socialists who give them the power.
The Nazis and communists have from day one been trying to destroy the very reason for the constitution and bill of rights.
I do not totally disagree with you on this particular matter, But it does look to me ( although there is not much information on the subject ) that every thing was under control, no problem.
The government must protect kids from abusive parents. kids are not adults and vulnerable. If the government doesn’t;t do it more kids will die.

Yes the kids have the same right as their parents but they do not get it because the laws protect the real child abusers.
Parents who try to raise their girls to be girls and boys to be boys are treated as criminals while the lesbians and gays and unborn baby killers are the only ones who get the protection of the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness claus.

Yes, i have heard the libertarians are from one extreme to the other, and again many of the laws are not for the protection of kids but are designed to make a unisex culture out of them.
And i have heard the whole thing before, and am firmly convinced that people who claim to love children actually hate them, other wise why would they want laws to make homosexuals out of them, such as the sex education which teaches that homosexuality is just an alternative life style?
