I agree with you on Hefner. Looking back, as a 68 year old, I can see the lasting damage he is responsible for. Some look back and let nostalgia of the past guide their views. The culture has been in decline for decades. Was Hefner solely for responsible, no, but he was a major contributor to the decline.

I have received unbelievably hatric responses from those who claim to be Christian but defend this monster who did perhaps more than anyone in our generation to destroy Christian morality. I will not back down, however, and shudder to think of the unspeakable horror that awaited Hugh Hefner upon the instant of his death. I am but a miserable sinner saved by grace. Thank you again.
