It's always struck me funny how the criminal class has taken the dog as it's symbol. They call each other "dog" as a show of respect and endearment.

My theory is it comes from a subconscious feeling of inferiority baked into them since slavery. They probably don't have any idea this is the case. They aren't very smart.

This is one of the many thoughts I've had.
