Registered service animals, seeing eye dogs, etc., are permitted access to public spaces by federal law (Americans with Disabilities Act). Access by screaming psycho b****es (of the non-canine variety) can and should be revocable as soon as they open their mouth.
Is there a Registered Service Dog official tag on these things that is required by law ?
