I like chucking it over to the states. Some will do well and others won’t. That’s the whole point of 50 states.

OK...I found it:

No provision for sales across state lines.

I don’t know but it won’t make that big of a difference (in most states). The insurance companies all get 10% of revenue so their profit margins are all fairly comparable. I’d like to see it though, could help trim their overhead a bit.
