Damn these dihydrogen-monoxide zombies. The stuffs in radiators, for pete’s sake, why would you punish any company for wanting to avoid it? Dozens die each day from exposure to dihydrogen-monoxide, and here is some yahoo state attorney general FINING a company for callin’ it liquid death. Unreal.

We truly live in a proto-fascist state when a state AG can rob you of $300K for that.

$120K will be used to fund research on water consumption. I wonder what they’ll find out.

We will see more, and more of this sort of bullshit from the fearless Democrat dictators leading this State down the rathole.
The Democrats have bankrupted in every way possible this State, and created an atmosphere in which there really is no hope of ridding our State of their lunacy.
Such crap as this the Democrats have pulled on Gatorade will become one of, if not a mainstay means to acquire the money the Democrats need to buy the votes to keep them in office.
They blew all the rest of the money, so now they have this, and other creative means to keep them afloat.
Democrats are noseblow.

I will insult water —
It is causing rising seas and flooding. It is not healthy. Just look at Irma and FL.
Gatorade is correct.

It’s like Idiocracy came out, and the world decided that’s where we need to be.
Life imitating art, or vice versa?

Gatorade has been banned from insulting its main competitor water and fined $300,000 after it slandered natures sports drink in a video game, Californias Attorney General announced Thursday.
When he's not busy denouncing Trump and suing to prevent construction of a border wall, California's Attorney General apparently has the time to impose ridiculous fines punishing the exercise of free speech.

Making misleading statements is a violation of California law.
Seems to me that misleading statements are what masquerades as the wisdom of leadership and the resultant legislation in that formerly great state.

Seems like everyday I’m reading about this Bacerra stooge suing someone. CA must be desperate for money if it has to sue every Tom, Dick, Harry, and US government for cash to keep it afloat.
