A friend grew up in St Louis. He curses the blacks who ruined his high school turning it into a razor wire walled off prison. I would laugh off his anti black bias until he showed there is some profound truth there. Blacks generally do bring the ghetto with them. Or the Democrat ghetto brings the blacks.
