“just college drugs — cocaine, weed, alcohol, Xanax sometimes.”

I guess that’s why my college days were drug free. I never lived on campus. Never came up against cocaine, either, but you get the impression that nowadays it is as readily available as Cream of Wheat.

My son went to that school. Mistake on our part.

Yep, I kept my kids at home during college, mainly due to the drug culture, but just as much due to the liberal brainwashing. Worked out fine.

The bottom line is that today there is NOTHING TO GAIN, at least for the kid, in living away from home while at college. I would strongly recommend that people who are able to, keep their kids living at home during those years, even if it means not going to the ‘best’ possible school.

Obviously it doesn’t guarantee anything, but like everything else in life, you play the odds and hope for the best.

My college days were drug free, too. Guess what, I’m alive to tell about it.

I recently dropped off one of my kids at a college dormitory. As I was going into the dormitory, I noticed that there were a few people smoking cigarettes outside the entrance door. I asked them about it and they said that they weren't allowed to smoke cigarettes inside. Then I went inside, walked around and there was the smell weed everywhere.

Bizarro political correct. You can't smoke cigarettes in the dormitory but nobody cares about all the weed.
