1960 Isetta (BMW) - Single bench seat, entry and exit through the front. Entire dash and steering wheel folded with the door. No gas guage, just a reserve switch behind the seat. Better remember to flip the switch back when getting gas. Our dog would put its head out the window and rest it on the headlight. Muffler kept falling off so my dad got pissed and sold it for $50.

While we have all seen weird cars, I picked one I actually owned. It looked very much like this one and since it was among the first sold, no one knew about mid-engine cars at the time. Drove it to the west coast and back on a trip as well, quite a bit of fun. The picture has an inaccuracy for the 70 model, no removable tops had body color, they were all black.
