Written by a woman.
1. Why marry when you could lose half your assets or more in a divorce.
2. Why commit when you have a fair chance of seeing your parents and certainly other relatives getting divorced if middle class, parents revolving through other partners if not married.
3. Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?
4. The guys who did want to marry tended to do so in their 20s while empowered women were dropping good guys to focus on career, and like a game of musical chairs, now wonder why there are only divorcees and never-gonna-commit guys left.
5. Women are still hardwired to marry up. When you crowded guys out of college (60%+ female now), now you wonder where your equally educated mate is. You shoved him into the skilled trades or unemployment.
6. Women voted for discrimination against guys in the workplace in addition to education acceptance, funding and hiring. If he’s employed, it is more likely in a good paying dirty job and you consider that beneath you.
7. You’re an empowered feminist, proudly announcing your better than a man. While there are men who will sleep with you and tell you you’re powerful for doing so, few will want to STAY with you. They’ll choose a girl who is happy to be with them as equals (or less), not criticize them for not being everything she wants.

If I would have gone into skilled trades instead of studying chemistry, physics, math & pharmacology for 6 years, I'd already be retired, and have made essentially the same money with better benefits.
