I have a red heart pillow from my daughter I place on my chest to read Kindle etc.
But I’m not “sleeping with it”.
That would be pretty insane.

I sleep with a small 12” square pillow that I rest my arm on when I sleep on my side. I started this back when I broke my right collar bone. I just got accustomed to it.
