Most people have NO IDEA just how powerful that AMX was. I could easily get rubber through first and second with a good strong chirp going into third-gear.

It was a complete beast. Hands down more power and torque than anything else I owned. The fact that it could beat the same model year Corvette in a quarter mile (and even more easily in the half mile...) was just a bonus.
