Do you know of another still active Motown great who you never hear from? How about Smokey Robinson, the songwriter for many of Motowns biggest hits in the early years. I’m pretty sure he’s still performing here and there.
Smokey, so far, is wise enough to keep his mouth shut about social battles and open it mainly for singing purposes.
