When I cut the cord with my Roku, I had Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and Sling. And once I realized how many free live TV apps there were, I let Sling go also.

As far as college football goes, most of the big games are on regular free TV. Fox, NBC, ABC, CBS.

My family doesn’t miss cable at all. I might miss the DVR when it comes to sports on regular TV and all, but considering everything else can be paused, it is not that big of deal.

Well, for an extra $5/month, I can watch ALL the College games important to me, not just the big games on the networks.

I'll keep my Sling TV.
