A perfect game requires a hundred or so pitches to go across the plate with no positive benefit to the opposing team.

A "perfect" 0-0 game in soccer requires far fewer stops, especially since most of the attempted goals in a 0-0 game go wide of the mark.

Also, pitching is an offensive activity whereas goalkeeping is a defensive one which for better or worse is not as well-respected.
