You would think that black people would go out to that Foot Locker and beat the crap out of them for contributing to a stereotype.
I must saythat, speaking as a non-black person, a Foot Locker would NOT be the birst place that would come to mind for looting, if I were to loot.
I am trying to recall the novel by Evelyn Waugh when there was a discussion of what were then called ‘negroes.” The question was asked: what have negroes brought to the history of civilization. As I recall the answer was, after some time to cogitate: Jazz.
Between these looters and those who tied their pets to trees, I’m all for bringing back public stocks. Put them out there for all to see and make good use of the ruined citrus crop.
Why jailed? Shoot ‘em dead.
This wouldn’t happen again if the Confederate monuments are torn down.

They ar looting black businesses big time. There is a resentment in the Negro community that is special for black merchants. they are regarded by a certain set as traitors to the community for not giving their merchandise to the brothers and the sisters but rather requiring money be paid for products received. The government doesn’t do that and the idea that black people would do that to black people makes them righteous for looting. They are just getting that which is rightfully theirs.
Yeah, they used the emergency supplies excuse thing in Houston too, even though they were walking around with big screen TVs.

If there is “collective guilt”, so that all whites are responsible for racism, slavery, etc.; then “all blacks” must be held collectively responsible for looting.
Barnes & Noble is probably the safest retail store in a looting situation. Libraries...no need to even lock the doors.
