Don’t know your age, but to me that would be super boring; even worse than watching NASCAR races on TV.
Nothing personal about you. I just find the races to be very boring and gave up watching them years ago when they stopped the auto makers from entering muscle cars with souped up engines.
Stock car racing was entertaining as it matched the various auto mfrs. against one another. The ridiculas NASCAR rules essentially just require every car to be the same and only tactics and luck to avoid crashes determine a winner.

As a kid I would record the Indy 500 on a cassette and listen to it over and over.
Got to the point that I memorized the cars by their engine sounds.
