Fowey info is fun to watch when storms like IRMA are looming down on the bouy. Wind speeds etc get pretty intense.
While yer looking around at others note the water temps.Warmer than my shower.
Also click on this one for other area date and look at “Wvht” Wave Height,come storm time. Gets crazy out there on a good day

When I lived in Miami about 2000 there was a front page story in the Herald that said that every hurricane that ever hit Miami had passed over a tiny island out in the Atlantic.
I’d really like to find that again. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

It was one obscure island. More of a rock. Every Miami hurricane (& they aren’t very common) took that path. All the others missed even if predicted to be a direct hit.
