But, hey, I’ll bite:
1. The author never answers his own (main) question.
2. In trying to answer the main question, he starts out with the statement: “Some answers though irrational are offered below. “. Don’t know where you are from, but where I come from that does not inspire confidence in the reader.
3. He goes on and on about how NKs are meth addicted and sold as sex slaves. Interesting if true, but (again) not relevant to the main question.
4. He has some weird grudge against Petraeus. Honestly, my opinion of Petraeus has gone down in the last few years, but not to the point where I think he would aid NK in any way.
So, in summary, I reiterate: it doesn’t make sense.
Your ‘long history’ apparently hasn’t done you much good. To wit:

It is irrational for Kim Jong-Un to do what he’s doing. That was clear. You should work on improving your reading comprehension.

It is very relevant as it describes the conditions by which history has recorded time and time again how revolts and revolutions are born. NK persons may reach a point where death is no longer feared. When that happens, the end of a regime usually follows.

Petraeus is the point man for the Armed Services Committee which wants to control the agenda and bring Trump under its thumb. Petraeus’s orders are to go find a war and make it happen.
Do yourself a favor and answer the central question. This it the FOURTH time you’ve been asked to do it. You won’t so that consigns you to the category of Troll.
