Exactly. Thank you for emphasizing as I was unclear. peta has kill vans and adoptable pets can go directly from their owner/finder to their death without touching a shelter. Do they include those pets in their yearly stats of pets euthanized? I assume not.
And regarding HUMANE society, when I contacted them about placing neglected strays with them with them,I was told they were putting their money into attorneys. Another PETA wannabe organization.
There are little difference between them and organizations like the SPLC, funneling millions off to shore banks. Th are not in the business of pets but in the business of making money. NPR and PBS likewise.
They should not be nonprofits.
