Is that a way to make quick oats - process in the processor?

I don't know. I guess you can. Pulse 4 or 5 times and voila1 But I kind of prefer the rolled oats, can't think why I would want quick ones, toddlers or some specific cooking reason. The rolled oats cook pretty fast now and I like the texture of the oatmeal better.
