Don't you just love it when numbers are thrown out without any sort of fact checking? But hey, it sounds good.

This is what the Las Vegas Mc Carran airport reports to the FAA -

Aircraft operations: avg 1482/day *
66% commercial
25% air taxi
7% transient general aviation
2% local general aviation
<1% military
* for 12-month period ending 31 December 2016
