Maybe Sessions knows that Sheriff Arpaio is going to restart the “birther” investigation.

If Sheriff Arpaio now presents courtroom ready forensic evidence that Barry’s BC is forged and Sessions agrees to demand that Hawaii produce the original, Sessions will be in a much better position now.

At least he can say “I prosecuted Sheriff Arpaio to conviction. It was Trump who pardoned him. I judge each case on the merits.”
