Herein lies the problem:

That’s nice but it doesn’t address how to get around what you referenced as the potential lying of politicians and bureaucrats when it comes to investigating the birthplace of Barack Obama.
What’s your plan for dealing with any alleged lying politicians? How would you get around the corroborating evidence of the August 13 & 14, 1961 newspaper birth notices and the interview notes of an INS agent from 8/31/61 where he quotes Obama’s father as saying he had a new Hawaii-born son?
