How about: “We strive to be apolitical, we serve customers across the political spectrum with excellent RV products and services, and strongly prefer to continue doing so, so thank you for your concern but we have no comment upon political matters.”
PERFECT. And I kind of think that most execs are inclined to answer that way (other than in the Tech industry, of course)...even if they don’t like Trump.
But they likely have these little pajama boys whispering in their ears (i.e., P.R. types) telling them otherwise...and getting them to make asses of themselves.
Or “I don’t see how politics relates to the business of selling camping gear. Unless you can define that link, I expect you’ll be withdrawing your inane question!”
