I have them too. Had a bad car crash and hit an airbag hard.

They are supposedly impossible to cure, though some eye doctors have experimented with using short range lasers that do not reach the retina and break up the floaters in the eye. Most of the time, it’s simply the collagen lining your eye that’s breaking off, but it can be a bad sign if you’re seeing flashes as well.

Well, that’s the theory anyway (”do not reach the retina”). Sometimes they do and it’s not hard to find stories about the permanent damage that resulted.
