Ya know, I need to back track here because I did not watch the video. But my son was a nationally ranked gymnast and the stretching routines that they had to go through was pretty brutal. I am glad we all agreed that enough was enough when he was about 12 after he broke both feet in floor exercise. He developed some amazing physical skills but it was time to move on. None of us regret the time in the sport nor the decision to quit.
