“lunatic left”
Agree. “When diagnosed by a medical professional, transition therapy and reassignment surgery is considered by some insurers and states as a medically necessary treatment.”
It is lunacy for insurers and the military to pay for this BS.
Welcome to FR, agent Smith.
Gen Mattis and the CNO need to be figuring out how to get the 7th fleet back ready to deal with NK and the Chicoms. What replaces the two Aegis missile ships?
“Excellent! Next, get women out of combat jobs. “
Right and get them out of the subs jeez.
guy = guys
“For their women exchanged their natural function for an unnatural and abnormal one,
And the men also turned from natural relations with women and were set ablaze (burning out, consumed) with lust for one anothermen committing shameful acts with men and suffering in their own bodies and personalities the inevitable consequences and penalty of their wrong-doing and going astray, which was [their] fitting retribution.”
(New Testament, Romans 1:26,27)
Good news!
Transgender people are just as deployable as other service members...., Not necessarily. Someone being deployed must not be subject to limitations. The very act of transgendering can diminish various strengths and abilities, and render the individual less able and less useful, even if the loss is psychological. Possibly especially psychologically.
About damn time.
Men would join the military - receive $50,000 worth of free surgery for 'transgender changes' and then sit on their butts in the US near their doctors for a year or more...(meaning they could NOT serve in a combat zone).
Is that the scam of the century or what?
Thank YOU President Trump - thanks for stopping the outrageous ripoff of the American taxpayer.
Sorry to disappoint, I’ve been here many years. Screen names change, people remain the same.
What is it I said you disagree with? You approve of Obama’s Generals running the show for Trump?
BTW, I showed up here not by accident soon after I retired from the Army. And your branch of service?
Absolutely include getting them out of subs when they are moved out of combat units.
The ideas are floating around that political correctness played a part and those in charge at the times of the collisions were not fit for command but were there to punch diversity tickets for the Navy. We already know a female officer was in charge of damage control on the second ship. Damage control is usually a job that has to be accomplished on the scene and involves heavy lifting and a need for strength. She apparently did it from the command center (bridge) over the intercom. Meanwhile the Navy today called off the search for the remaining missing sailors. Very sad.
The comment you made that was inappropriate and has since been removed by mods and I don’t recall what you said other than it was not appropriate for FR.
None, The Vietnam war was ending as I turned 18. I am proud of my son's service as a Marine in Iraq and as a drill instructor. It was very difficult knowing he was in danger there and would have swapped places if that was possible. While he was there I could not read paper because I could not bear to see stories of anyone losing a loved one. I still avoid those stories.
Give my thanks to your son for his service. He is a hero to many of us. Well appreciated for sure.
