Hey, those krauts have plenty of sausage on hand. Let them buy the rest of the stuff and make some gumbo and jambalaya and ettouffe and drink some bier with it and be happy.

Nothing typical American about these crayfish. I have seen them in Holland near the bank of the Rhine river in the vicinity of Arnhem and also in shallow creeks on Farmland.
