Please, don't anyone bother to tell me they're a "minimal government conservative" if they'd support this kind of "law enforcement"—this kind of humiliation of an American citizen—for allegedly possessing one of God's own plants—in violation of the State's edicts. And afterwards, the charges were totally dropped, of course.

It just makes my blood boil—and my heart weep—that self-righteous "law and order" types would think this kind of practice—especially out in public— could be acceptable in any universe which supposedly cherishes Liberty...
