Add in Hitler's death toll, and the Socialist body count is easily over a hundred million, but you can't get such information on the air because the liberal censors who control the broadcasting system, will not allow it...that's the shrewdness of their targeting the journalists and schools to control what the public is allowed to learn, see, and hear. There are a few good conservative sources around like Newsmax, One America News, and Mark Levin's internet outlet, but of course they're so fragmented and restricted in distribution that they don't seem to have much impact. I keep hoping some multi-billionaire conservative will swoop down and pull the bunch together or buy one of the more embattled big three broadcast networks and finally give us strong and consistent conservative voice, but it doesn't look likely yet.
Of course even were we to have an outlet for this kind of information, it's always kind of challenging to understand how Socialist leftwing Nazis manage to be portrayed as conservative right-wingers all the time by the left. Dinesh D'Souza was on TV the other day talking about his new book "The Big Lie" and said that after WWII as the news of German atrocities like the concentration camps was spreading, the left knew they would have a problem if the Nazis were linked to them ideologically, and they began a deliberate effort to propagandize that Nazism was a rightwing movement. That was probably a well-orchestrated effort aided by deceitfulness like academic studies on the "authoritarian personality". Researchers found that conservatives valued things like "order", "structure", and "consistency" in their lives. Of course, for conservatives this was operationalized in such things as the rule of law and freedom from the capriciousness of being ruled by a dictator. Lefties turned it around and linked conservatives to ideas such as the wish to be given specific directions in their life and desire to be ruled by a strong leader - like, say, Hitler. The whole process was subtle and deceptive, and difficult to grasp under the best of circumstances......

I believe I have read that the founder of OANN was a wealthy man who felt this way and so therefore he started OANN.

That was probably a well-orchestrated effort aided by deceitfulness like academic studies on the "authoritarian personality".

The left and Academia were always supporting Socialism, and many of them supported Hitler at first. When he turned out to be a horrible monster, they started using Stalin's technique of labeling everyone who wasn't a communist as a "right wing fascist."

Academia and the press gleefully adopted this methodology, so the history got very distorted as a result.

The difference between the left and right here in America is that the left wants more government control (Nazis and Communists) and the right wants less of it.

I believe conservatives, recognizing that you must have some government, want just enough government to keep society functional, while Libertarians want even less than that.

But those who advocate for stronger governments are on the left, not the right.
