Had a solar eclipse on my Bday in 1992. Last time it happened was 20,000 years ago. Love the science but of course I take it a step further and believe a personal God designed all this then personalize it more and thank the creator for the great and small things. Thanks for the cool thread.
Perfect position from the sun. Perfect position of the moon from Earth. The tidal effect of the moon on the planet. Giant planets “almost perfectly positioned” on the distant reaches of our solar system, which prevent most major meteors and other objects from reaching Earth with devastating effects. Enough sunlight to make things grow and not be burned. Many “other coincidences”, but, it’s all “accidental” are resulting from the “chaotic” universe.
I think it’s a miracle that solar eclipses always seem to occur during the daytime.
If they happened at night, we couldn’t see them.
Obviously, God knows what He’s doing. I pray that He continues to bless this Earth.
