Man who caught the incident on video describes the events
Simple question:
What was the perps motive here? To kill people? If so, why not drive on the sidewalk and deploy maximum mayhem?
Why drive straight for another car knowing it’d stop your path?
Where were the police? This was a block from a police station. We don’t see one police anywhere in the area?
State Department guy who was CIA asset in the KONY psyops just happened to be there filming and snagged a major media interview within minutes of the event in which he stated, “This was ‘domestic terrorism’”

A shot of the front of the car wouldn’t show an airbag deployed. It would be deflated and out of the way.

Wouldn’t the driver be stunned from it deploying? Ever been in a 40 mph crash? Ever been hit by an airbag? Yes and yes for me.
This was a professional driver.
He hit at 40 mph then hit reverse for one mile going straight while keeping calm.
