The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established a practice in recent years that allows the agency to create its own de facto power of the purse, according to a report from the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI) released Tuesday.

Well, seeing how Sessions supports robbery by highwaymen law enforcement, why would he give up these other proceeds of ill-gotten gain?
Or, they could use the money to pay those damaged by the EPAs INTENTIONAL Gold King mine disaster in Colorado 2 years ago.
Why wasn’t this done on the 1st or 2nd day that he was AG?

Use all that ‘slush’ to make Slurpees for everyone
How about a little clawback on these illegally extorted monies?
The non-governmental organizations that got them should be compelled to return them in full to the US Treasury.
Our stupid, liberal HOA has bought into the corps of engineers and EPA "bank mitigation credit" crap. They spent $17,000.00 on a consultant, and he says the job of fixing our creek beds and turn them into carbon credits bank mitigation credits will cost $150,000.00.......
and our stupid board bought into the tripe form the consultant that the credits would be worth MILLIONS of dollars.
Bullshit....its just to grease the hands of an environmental firm to create a fake security.
It's too late.
Sessions has already recused himself.
bttt
We need to end the EPA once & for all.
It never should have been started.
