;In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of "Word for the Day".
illation [ih LAY shun]
noun
An illation is the act of inferring from data or the resulting inference or conclusion drawn.
Illation introduces a conclusion from what has gone before. Illation is an opinion based on observation.
did you see the show? Just thought it was curious that you posted the word of the day and it was a word the show used- a little used word- i had just seen the episode actually- they were making a case against the unibomber based on illation- his use of words with uncommon spellings- just weird that the WFTD was that word-
North Korea incapable of illation
Or they wouldn’t threaten our nation
Trump fire and fury erupts
While nuclear power corrupts
That little fat boy dictator mutation.
With just a little collation
Of regulations on our nation
Its easy to see
We are not free
A very sad but true illation
"Man-caused climate change"
is based not on illation
but on illusion.
Now, if the author had added an “E” to Illation, how could have had “ELATION” also, to go along with Titillation.
I love alliterations, too.
Ain’t English a great language?
I did not see the sow but it is manifestly clear that we are under guidance by the boys upstairs.
It is obvious that the fat boy has no sense, only insense. He acts in ways that will get him finished. e sould look to Myanmar, a brutal dictatorship with no opposition from anywhere. They go about their dirty business with little concern for the outside world.
This is the one that separates us. For some the plethora of regulatory agency guarantees stability and control by the elite. For us deplorables regulation enslaves and destroys our dream for a better life.
But they are not playing by the rules set down in our mandates. They seek the overthrow of our very nation.
The delusion is one that defines the left. Without their foolish narrative their movement stops and their authority dies.
To be sure.
Indeed.
