it only counted the vertical population as “eligible to register to vote”
if you count in the vast horizontal population, too, the voter registration percentages are quite modest, really
the D’s still have Millions of horizontal (”deceased”) voters they can still sign up and register to vote!
I’m not familiar with the terms “horizontal” and “vertical” populations.
Can you expand on the concept?
