How many Indians are actually employed in these ventures? I’ve always heard it was very few.

You kidding me? All they have to do is count the money as it rolls in. They hire people to do everything else.

In Oneida County, NY, they hire everyone, not just members of their own tribe. They use the money they make from the casino for scholarships, educational programs, etc., and invest in the tribal community.

If they only hired tribal members, people would be bitching about that too.
