On the other hand, having myself spawned a couple millennials and having observed them and their little friends....this report sounds all too realistic.
They probably thought it was some kind of trick question.
There have always been trolls and there will always be trolls. Teenagers are discovering how the world really works, white lies and all. Sometimes, they cannot resist setting little traps of policy confusion.
Some people do not understand the directions for rating something. For example, some book reviewers give one star and then comment “ excellent book, etc “ apparently thinking that one star is the top choice. These people vote in our elections as well....sigh
