I saw a man riding his bike in LA who had stripes over his whole body. Face, arms, legs. Thick, 2-3 inch BARS of solid ink, striped all the way. That was the worst I’ve seen.
Or was it the huge gangbanger in Long Beach with three full length naked women in full detail on just one of his enormous biceps?
