The writer doesn’t seem to realize the diversity thing is just extortion, protection money.
It is a scam to pretend some “special groups” are assimilating, and to force companies to hire un- or under-qualified members of those special groups under threat of lawsuits. Basically it is an additional tax/overhead on companies in the US.
