Johnny Cochran did the jury picking. Doubt if Dershowitz had any role or say in it.
The prosecution did a stinking job esp with the bloody glove. Everyone knows that water or blood will cause the leather to get real tight and shrink so that it would not fit the wearer’s hand as if it were new or contoured to their hand through use.
Both Kardashian and Shapiro looked like they couldn’t believe the verdict. Don’t know what Dershowitz looked like, and Cochran knew that he had done a good job of “racial jury nullification”.
OJ DID IT! End of story!
Especially when OJ tried it on and said while facing the jury "doesn't fit" . The prosecution should have immediately stood up and demand that OJ take the stand since, by testifying to the jury, he waived his 5th Amendment right. Of course Ito would probably rule against them, but they could have immediately appealed his ruling.
