On Monday, U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton found Arpaio guilty of criminal contempt of court, finding that he willfully violated a federal judge's order.
The sentencing phase will begin Oct. 5. Arpaio faces up to six months in confinement, a sentence equivalent to that of a misdemeanor.
Constitutional Convention to change this and several other things...such as term limits...
Yes, it is another revenge prosecution like Dinesh D’Souza.
How can he be denied a trial by jury?
Absolutely!
He’s certainly more worthy than the people Clinton and Obama pardoned.
Yes, but he won’t.
Two months and six days.
yes
I vote yes.
I vote yes.
Drag out an appeal. If he gets prison despite his advanced age, pardon him and name him to an advisory role just to poke a stick in the judge’s eye.
We all know what happened during Obama’s “judicial reform” social activism and pardons, with no outcry whatsoever.
You're 100% right. Every cop in this country has to be aware of this case and they will follow illegal local laws on accout of this case because they know Trump doesn't have their backs. Good for a photo op, but he will be known as a bullsh@tter to the people in blue. A lot of damage has already been done.
Yes!
Hillary has committed serious crimes, yet she walks free, with people outraged that she isn't POTUS. Sheriff Joe was doing his job, and he is charged.
Anybody have info on this Judge Bolton? I'd bet she has more than one skeleton in her closet/
Yes. Absolutely. It was a political persecution by a corrupt judge Snow.
OTHO, can the politicians and judges be guilty of crime, when, for example, they let out the guy that had been deported twenty times, already a criminal, and raped and robbed two women within a few days? I would say these liberals just don’t have any sense or care about rule of law, but they are just evil.
Yes and YES!!!
I don't know, and I don't understand it. I thought it was the right of every citizen to be tried by a jury of their peers.
Yes, So it is written....
Joe is a Patriot, better be done.
