How is that wall going to stop heroin being shipped in from Afghanistan and how is that walls going to stop your local doctor/pharmacist from distributing opioid as if it were Halloween candy?
As for drugs being shipped in from Mexico, I can guarantee you that the Mexican Cartel can figure out a way to get around any walls.
