I was just south of you, in Kern county, before making the great escape. I still wonder at times if we should’ve gone the N Ca route instead. Especially when the weather here is not 55-65 degrees, lol. If that area was in a conservative state, it would’ve been an easy choice. But I can always move back if things change, right? At least for a short while, before I get too old!
