Good afternoon gardeners from west Michigan. Busy taking care of all the produce!! Tomatoes coming in regularly now. Will have to make some gazpacho tomorrow. Just got off my feet after a few hours at least in the kitchen. Canning blueberry preserves, lightly stirfrying and foodsaver bags for the shishito and banana peppers. Pickle management for fridge pickles (rotating in my 4th 1/2 gallon jar full), and cleaning a bunch of jalapenos for stuffing for today. Also cleaned enough green beans for a casserole today. All at once and I managed to not mix anything together, LOL.
Well I had about 20 minutes to sit. Just pulled out the last batch of jars of preserves, stuffed jalapenos will be done in 8 minutes, green bean casserole going in the oven next. Oy! A big kitchen day.
