The above is a map of the Philippines. Palawan is the long island ( literally ) like a snake WEST of the country. The best parts to go to is the NORTH of the island where you will find some of the most pristine waters in the world.

Muslim problems occur way SOUTH of the country ( see color code ).

I took a google map tour of the island. Very interesting. I was taking a look at the small towns along the main roads.

Also took a google map tour of Boracay. Also very interesting and much, much more crowded. I like how they ran the power wires. Hahahaha
