I can't imagine someone like that not getting enough money to build a ramp for him. I'd contribute. Heck, I'm not the most "handy" guy in the world when it comes to carpentry however I can get in my SUV, drive to where he is and help buy the lumber, swing a hammer and drive some nails in the right place if told what to do.
