The deep crease at midpoint of the rib cage makes me suspicious.

This is not a fail-safe test --but-- is pressing into the flesh LEAVES a dent -- trichinosis, pretty much for sure.

If not leaving a dent -- does not 100% equal not trichinosis (which is why the test is not fail-safe).

A TV celeb hunting here in the TX Hill Country got excited when he killed a feral hog..forgot the heavy gloves..
