Not sure what you are saying, or why you are saying it.
But good for you.
A) You make insurance policies, not pre-payment for services. Imagine how much your car insurance would run if you could start your policy after the accident and collect on it, or if all repairs, oil changes and tire changes were included.
B) You require everyone to publish their rates for all services, like every other business in the world.
C) You get rid of mandatory insurance; those with pre-existing conditions can get into government health care programs or optionally pay for their own care out of pocket.
D) You fix the medical billing industry which dwarfs the cost of actually providing care. There are three employees out there to bill for every bit of care offered by any medical professional, and it should be 4 people by the end of this year.
As such I am forming a club to oppose free speech as exemplified by this post.

I make it a rule to avoid taking advice on complex public policy issues from someone who doesn’t understand the difference between the possessive and plural forms of nouns.
Democracy today means government pays what is to be thought!
For many!
Eliminate GOVERNMENT from trading in it’s citizens!
Or anything that makes the GOVERNMENT to powerful!
